In the Internship Program at Fertilizantes Tocantins (FTO) the intern will experience the day to day of the job. At FTO, the undergraduate student will have the opportunity to actively participate in the company’s routine, putting in practice the theory that he or she has learned at the university.
The program can last up to two (2) years, with possibility of being hired at the end. We offer a competitive remuneration and professional and personal growth.
The FTO intern should preferably be in its senior year, have an advanced level of English and have a profile focused on the development of important skills such as leadership, resilience, communication, ethics, vision, and willingness to learn and grow.
The Young Professionals Program (Jovens Profissionais – JP) was conceived based on the Organizational Development Plan of Fertilizantes Tocantins (FTO). The goal of the program is to develop future leaders, maintaining the organizational culture, sustaining business growth and leveraging the company’s performance.
A large share of participants come from the FTO Internship Program, but we also offer opportunities for young graduates entering the job market.
The FTO JP profile comprises graduates (up to two years after graduation) having characteristics such as a desire to grow professionally, commitment and engagement, systemic view and fluency in English. Availability to travel is an essential characteristic, as is the will to construct new narratives in the agriculture segment of our country.
During the one-year program, the JP will participate in job rotation, behavioral and technical training and will develop projects with the board, fostering strategic skills and competencies that will collaborate for the professional and personal development of the young professional.
